(how can i transfere an input from one channel to another in one stop)

اتقدم بخالص الشكر للمهندس / وائل حلمى للاهتمام

فقد حصلت على الرد لسؤالى والذى ربما صيغ بصوره غير واضحه واليكم الاجابه حتى تعم الفائده

Modify in the program elements

1- Run the Simatic Manager program by double clicking on the program icon on the PC

desktop.

2- Open the project using menu command “File à Open “.

3- Select the target CPU where you want to create new block.

4- Open the “Blocs” folder.

5- Select the block you want to modify by double clicking the object.

6- Select the programming language (if possible) using the menu command

“View à Select the language LAD, STL or FBD as shown in fig (4).

Note: once you change the language, the opened block will be displayed by the selected language.

7- Activate the display method using the menu command “View à Display with à

(Symbolic Representation, Symbolic information, Symbol selection, Comment and Address Identification) as shown in fig (4).

8- To display the program elements when you want to add one of them use the menu

command “View à Catalog ” as shown in fig (4).

The program elements library will be displayed at the right side of the screen as shown in figure (5) in the next page.

9- Insert a program element into the program as shown in fig (5):

- Select the position where you want to modify.

- Select the program element from the program element library (at the right side) by double clicking the element.

Once you double click the element, it will be inserted at the selected position.

- Enter the address of the element then press enter.

- Define the address in the declaration table (at the upper part of the screen).

- Save the modification on the block using menu command ”File à Save”.

Record the block name, the network n^o and the program element you have created

and the variable address(es).

10- Modifying the address as shown in figure (6).

- Select the address you want to modify by clicking with the mouse left button.

- Enter the desired new address then press enter.

- Save the modification on the block using menu command ”File à Save”.

Record the block name, network n^o, program element and the modified address(es).

Record the Block name, network n^o, program element and the addresses you want to

modify.

- From the Simatic Manager screen à Blocs folder contents

- Select the desired data block DB and double click to open.

- Set the menu command to View à Declaration View.

- Select the desired address you want to modify as shown in fig ( Cool

.

Record the addresses you want to modify and its current value.

- Enter the desired value you want to modify (in the initial value column).

- Set the menu command to Edit à Initialization DB.

- Save the modification on Data Block DB using menu command ”File à Save”.

- Save the modification on the block using menu command ”File à Save”.

Record the new valu(es) of the modified address(es).

6- Download the modification

Any modification you have made on any Block (FC, FB, DB or OB) must be saved.

Note that before downloading the modified blocks, any incorrect action could:

· Endanger the life or health of personnel or

· Cause damage to machines or the whole plant.

Follow the steps below in order to download the modified blocks from the programming device to the CPU of the PLC station.

1. Check that the MPI cable is connected properly between PLC station and the

programming device.

2. On the CPU of the PLC, turn the mode selector key to RUN –P mode.

3. From the main screen of the Simatic Manager program:

Open the project using the menu command “File à Open” and select the modified

project.

4. Select the desired CPU.

5. From the “Blocs” floder, select the modified blocks you want to download.

6. Use the menu command “PLC à download “to download the modified Blocks.

7. Follow the diagnoses instructions described in section (7).
